For safe delivery, our mugs are packed securely but rest assured, if there is damage to a mug upon arrival, (broken from transit,) or incorrect wording, we will always replace it free of charge. (just send us a quick photo of the broken or incorrect mug).

We are happy to send our mugs anywhere in the world, (some countries may not be available) we will pack and address accordingly, but we have no control over the shipping / postal delivery services in other countries, and therefore can’t be held responsible for mugs we ship to an obscure part of the world, that may not arrive, or take longer than expected.
